It is a learning platform for studying Norwegian with courses, lessons, dictionary, exercises, blog, AI assistant, and student progress.
A course consists of modules, and modules consist of lessons. Lessons can include explanations, related words, exercises, and progress tracking.
Some materials require a subscription, one-time purchase, or individual access. The material page shows what access is needed.
AI can help with words, grammar, and mistakes, but it can be wrong. Check important answers against lessons, dictionary, or a teacher.
Yes. Open Two-factor authentication in your account to enable codes to your verified email, set up an authenticator, or disable protection. Your current password is required. An active authenticator also requires a current code or recovery code. Recovery codes are shown after setup; keep them somewhere safe.
No. Use your email and password from norsk-enkelt.org. A verification code is required if two-factor authentication is enabled.
Check your website email and password, keyboard layout and connection. For two-factor authentication, check the code from your email or authenticator app. Restart sign-in if the verification has expired.
Previously loaded materials may be available from cache for up to 7 days. Not everything is downloaded in advance. Signing in, saving progress, checking answers and AI require internet access. Offline answers are not submitted automatically later.
Use the sign-in screen or app settings. Russian, English and Spanish are available, along with light, dark and system themes. Materials without a translation use the website fallback language.
Saved words are currently stored only on this device. Server lesson progress and test history belong to your account. Local saved words are removed when you sign out.
Tap Complete lesson while online and wait for confirmation. Simply opening a lesson does not mark it complete.
AI Norskprøve and exercises containing audio or video open on the website in this version. Text exercises are available in the app. AI assessment is for preparation and is not an official exam result.
No. It removes cached API responses and images. Your account, subscription, server progress and local bookmarks remain. Reloading materials requires internet access.
Open subscription management in your website account and turn off auto-renewal. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not cancel your subscription. See the platform rules for access and refund terms.
Open Personal data and account deletion in the app, select erasure and submit your request. A request number appears after successful submission. You can also email support@norsk-enkelt.com. Signing in or additional identity verification may be required. Records with a legal basis for retention may be kept.
Email support@norsk-enkelt.com with the screen name, error message and device model. Do not send passwords, sign-in tokens or verification codes.
