Norsk-Enkelt is an educational platform for learning Norwegian. We strive to make learning clear, fair, safe, and useful for students, teachers, and administrators.
1. Respectful communication
Users must communicate respectfully. Insults, threats, discrimination, pressure, spam, and any actions that interfere with others’ ability to study or work are prohibited.
2. Purpose of the platform
The platform’s materials are intended for learning Norwegian: lessons, courses, a dictionary, exercises, individual sessions, knowledge assessment, and assistance through AI tools.
3. Educational materials
The platform’s materials may not be copied, sold, distributed in bulk, or used outside the platform without permission from the administration. The user may use them only for personal learning.
4. Access to paid materials
Some courses, lessons, and features may be available only through a subscription, one-time purchase, or individual access. Access is granted under the conditions specified on the material or pricing page.
5. AI assistant
The AI assistant is used as an additional learning tool. It can explain words, grammar, and mistakes, and help with assignments, but its answers are not guaranteed to be error-free. Important answers should be checked against lessons, the dictionary, or a teacher.
6. User responsibility
The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data they enter on the platform, for the security of their account, and for complying with the rules. Account access may not be shared with other persons without permission from the administration.
7. Prohibited actions
It is prohibited to attempt to hack the platform, bypass access restrictions, use other people’s accounts, interfere with the operation of the service, automate bulk requests, upload malicious code, or use the platform for purposes other than its intended use.
8. Progress and results
The platform may store learning progress, exercise results, saved words, lesson history, and other data necessary for learning and for the operation of the service.
9. Changes to the rules
The administration may update the platform rules. If the changes are important for using the service, the user may be asked to confirm agreement with the new version.
10. Access restriction
In case of rule violations, the administration may restrict access to the account, certain features, or platform materials. In disputed situations, the decision is made with regard to safety, fairness, and the normal operation of learning.
11. Privacy
The processing of user data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the platform, the user agrees to the platform rules and the current privacy policy.
