Updated: 30.05.2026. These rules govern the use of Norsk-Enkelt. If the project is registered in Norway later, company details and commercial terms must be updated.
1. Service purpose
Norsk-Enkelt provides learning materials, dictionary, exercises, progress tracking, chats, AI assistant, AI tests, and paid access. It is not an official exam authority and does not guarantee a specific exam result.
2. Account
The user must provide a valid email, protect the password, and not share the account. Access may be limited for abuse, payment bypass, security violations, or misuse.
3. Payments and access
Paid plans, subscriptions, and one-time purchases open access only to the stated materials or features. Payment may be processed by Stripe. Consumer rights under applicable law remain valid.
4. Learning materials
Materials are for personal learning. Copying, mass export, resale, republication, or use for a competing service is prohibited without written permission.
5. Chats and conduct
Spam, threats, insults, illegal content, malicious links, attempts to obtain other people’s data, hacking instructions, or bypassing protection are prohibited.
6. AI features
AI answers may be inaccurate. Do not send sensitive information to AI. AI tools are for learning support, not legal, medical, financial, or immigration decisions.
7. Security
Unauthorized access attempts, scanning, bypassing limits, infrastructure attacks, and unauthorized automation are prohibited.
